Return Policy

 

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the date the BoxFull was delivered. To submit a return, please contact us at info@sendaboxfull.com. We will not cover the shipping costs for the return, except in cases of an incorrect or damaged product at delivery.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed we package and ship within 1-2 business days.  You will receive a tracking number once your BoxFull has shipped. We make every effort to ship your BoxFull as quickly as possible, however, we cannot manage shipping issues outside of our control.  If you have any issues with your shipment, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@sendaboxfull.com and we will do our best to assist. 

We do not currently ship Internationally. We hope to expand to international shipping in the near future.
